Fantastic stay near main attractions
helpful staff central location breakfast selection
I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very helpful plus always smiling. I found the location very nice, close to the city center. The included breakfast offered a good selection, it had many choices.
The elevator is small only fitting two people.

The hotel sits near a large square and is close to many attractions. It has easy access to the Duomo plus the Galleria dell'Accademia with the statue of David, everything within a comfortable walking distance.

The Superior Double Room was very quiet ensuring good sleep. I found the room clean with comfortable bedding plus soft towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly maintaining a pleasant temperature during my entire stay.

i found a luggage rack in the room. the room had a private terrace plus a view of the cathedral, but keep in mind that i did have to climb a few steps for this room. the staff brought fresh fruit when i was unpacking, a treat.

this hotel offered a spacious and luxurious room. i found the hotel to be beautifully presented in a traditional style. the hotel brought us ice and towels regularly. the daily room service was fabulous!
the hotel is next to the university, students gather outside, so it can be noisy at times.

classic aesthetic modern touches faulty ac unstable bathtub
the hotel exceeded my expectations. i was really surprised to find the duomo just down the street. the aesthetic is classic with modern touches in the rooms that worked beautifully.
the ac wasn't working properly . i reported it, but i was told not much could be done. the bathtub also had a leak and the floor of the tub was not stable, concerning.

Excellent Stay Near the Duomo
amazing location respectful staff early arrival large room
The hotel's location was amazing. I easily walked to the Duomo. Staff carried my bags upstairs upon arrival. My room was ready even though I arrived early! The room was large and cool, providing welcome relief from the heat outside.
The street can be noisy because it is not super soundproofed.
