Fantastic stay near main attractions

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very helpful plus always smiling. I found the location very nice, close to the city center. The included breakfast offered a good selection, it had many choices.
The elevator is small only fitting two people.

The Superior Double Room was very quiet ensuring good sleep. I found the room clean with comfortable bedding plus soft towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly maintaining a pleasant temperature during my entire stay.

i found a luggage rack in the room. the room had a private terrace plus a view of the cathedral, but keep in mind that i did have to climb a few steps for this room. the staff brought fresh fruit when i was unpacking, a treat.

the hotel is next to the university, students gather outside, so it can be noisy at times.

the hotel exceeded my expectations. i was really surprised to find the duomo just down the street. the aesthetic is classic with modern touches in the rooms that worked beautifully.
the ac wasn't working properly . i reported it, but i was told not much could be done. the bathtub also had a leak and the floor of the tub was not stable, concerning.

The hotel's location was amazing. I easily walked to the Duomo. Staff carried my bags upstairs upon arrival. My room was ready even though I arrived early! The room was large and cool, providing welcome relief from the heat outside.
The street can be noisy because it is not super soundproofed.

Breakfast included fresh fruit, a selection of pastries, continental meats, and cheeses. Yoghurts, cereals, and coffee were also available. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly.
